5. Confidentiality and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials. You must report suspected unauthorized use promptly. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we may delete associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and testing any code or content produced through the Services before deployment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artificial Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

10. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
